As a Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to:
Recommend HVAC upgrades, air quality solutions, or full system replacements
Present financing options and close sales on the spot
Guide customers through our next-day installation process backed by the strongest guarantees in the industry
This is a no cold-calling, no door-knocking sales role. We provide all leads through our internal teams.
Uncapped Commission – Earn $175K++

Experience selling residential services in-home (HVAC, solar, pest control, windows, roofing, etc.)
Strong customer communication and closing skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Must pass drug screen and background check
