What You’ll Do:

• Service and repair residential HVAC systems

• Deliver excellent customer service to local homeowners

• Represent Blue Dot with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience

• EPA Certification (we’ll help you get it if needed)

• Strong troubleshooting skills (airflow, electrical, gas)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to enter attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy equipment

• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed

• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
