Blue Dot Services is expanding in New Castle County and actively hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians in Wilmington, New Castle, Middletown, and south toward Dover.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in the field

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems

• Work independently with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience

• EPA Certification (we can assist if needed)

• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, gas, airflow)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willing to access attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy items

• Commitment to quality work and safety
