What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering top-tier customer service

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems

• Working independently and efficiently with professionalism

• Representing Blue Dot as a trusted home comfort expert

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, gas, airflow)

• Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy equipment

• Ability to work evenings or weekends when needed

• Commitment to safety and service excellence
